Refunds & Cancellations
Fair, Honest & Handmade-Sensitive
At Antah, each piece is handmade in small batches. Because of this, our refund and cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both our customers and our process. Please read the following carefully before placing an order.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled only within 12 hours of placing the order. Once the order has been processed or dispatched, cancellation will not be possible.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds are applicable only under the following conditions:
- You received a damaged product
- You received an incorrect item
To be eligible for a refund or replacement, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear images of the product.
Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
- Minor color or texture variations due to handmade nature
- Damage caused due to mishandling or improper use
- Change of mind after delivery
- Incorrect address provided by the customer
Replacement Policy
If eligible, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund. Replacements are subject to product availability and verification.
Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days and credited back to the original payment method.
